Make a booking

By appointment only. Advanced booking of your service is essential to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. You will be asked to pay a full price in order to schedule service, which of $25 is a non-refundable deposit.

Please note: Incurring Paypal fees need to be paid by you.

You will receive an email and/or a text message confirmation to assure that your appointment is set. If you do not receive an email your appointment was not successfully scheduled, please submit appointment again. You will receive an email notification 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment as well as a text message reminder.

Cancellation policy

We understand life is busy and due to unforeseen circumstances you may not be able to make it to your appointment. In the event of this happening and you may need to change or alter your appointment, we appreciate that you provide us with 24hrs hours notice to give us a chance to fill in the appointment. Less than 24hrs notice will result in the 50% deposit not to be refunded as they are to reserve your appointment.

If you are unwell with a communicable illness, please contact us ASAP to reschedule your appointment promptly (Cancellation policy still applies).

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you are late your appointment will be shortened so that your appointment will still end of time. You will be still charged full price for the services booked.

Children/Pets

Because of the delicate nature of our service and because your eyes will be shut and lash artist will focused on your eyes, we ask that you do not bring children or guests. Please be aware that if you arrive with a child or pet, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged a last minute cancellation fee $25 of your service(s) booked.

Clients who are minors

Please be aware that all my clients have to be over 16 years of age. The proof of ID  is required.

New to Mila Lashes

If you currently have any lash extensions on from another salon, we are happy to infill on the lashes if they are done up Mila Lashes standard. Please contact us first as we may need to remove existing lashes and re-apply a new set. Also in this case I can’t give any guarantee of my work, since I didn’t do the original set.

Refunds

No refunds will be given for any reasons on services. If you are unhappy with a service you may contact me 72hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if fix can be done to address your concerns it will be done 45min. complimentary express touch up.

If you happen to have allergic reaction

Allergic reaction can happen with anyone at anytime. Of course I am here to assist and help you by offering free removal, but no refunds will be given because we simply can´t control how your body will react.

A reaction normally occurs within the first 72 hours post service. You will notice the redness and swelling more on the lid as opposed to the actual eye. As a reaction can be very uncomfortable, as well as very unsightly. Please contact with me as soon as possible 0404614984 to arrange removal and you may have to consult with your doctor.

Right to refuse sales

Mila Lashes reserves the right to refuse sales and service to anyone for any reason at any time.
